OurPadel is a private group app for organising availability, matches and group rankings.

Information used by OurPadel

We may process your account identity, player profile, group membership, availability, match results, predictions, comments, notification preferences and technical information needed to operate the service.

Why it is used

This information is used to run your groups, organise matches, calculate rankings, show group activity, send requested notifications and keep the service secure.

Service providers

OurPadel uses Base44 for app hosting, authentication and data storage, OneSignal for push notifications when you enable them, and Google Firebase Crashlytics and Performance Monitoring in the Android app to identify crashes, app-not-responding events and performance problems. Playtomic links open Playtomic as an external service; OurPadel does not currently receive your Playtomic booking account or booking data through that link.

Diagnostics and performance

On Android, Firebase may automatically process diagnostic and technical information such as crash stack traces, relevant app state, app and device metadata, installation identifiers, app start and screen performance, CPU or memory information, network latency and an IP address used for country-level performance reporting. OurPadel also records limited custom timing measurements for key app screens. We do not deliberately attach your name, email address, group name, invite code, reset token or full URL query data to these diagnostic reports. This information is used to find crashes, reliability issues and slow parts of the app, not for advertising.

Sharing and sale

OurPadel does not sell personal information. Group information is intended to be visible only to members of the relevant OurPadel group, except where a user deliberately shares content outside the app.

Deleting your account

You can delete your OurPadel account from Groups & settings → Privacy & account → Delete my OurPadel account. Deletion removes your login, group memberships, profile details, profile and poster images, availability, away dates, predictions, comments, brags, excuses, voting activity, relevant notification records and app-activity records. Push subscriptions are disabled and disconnected. Your historical player identity is anonymised as “Former player”; only limited match data needed to preserve past scores and results is retained.
