Delete your account

You can permanently delete your OurPadel account from inside the app:

1. Open OurPadel and sign in.
2. Open your group name at the top of the app.
3. Scroll to Privacy & account.
4. Choose Delete my OurPadel account and confirm.

If you administer a group that still has joined members, transfer admin first or choose to close the group. Deleting your account removes personal profile data, availability, predictions, comments, brags, excuses, voting activity and stored poster records linked to you. Push subscriptions are disabled and disconnected. Only the minimum anonymised match history needed to preserve past scores and results is retained. This cannot be undone.
